Términos de trabajo/Terms of work
los términos de trabajo serán los siguientes/the terms of work will be as follows:
las comisiones se realizará por orden de llegada
tengo derecho a rechazar comisiones sin dar explicación
estos servicios pueden cambiar sin aviso previo
luego de realizar el pedido,comenzaré con el boceto
al terminar el boceto,será enviado (con marca de agua)al cliente para que lo revise
hecha las correcciones necesarias procedere a terminar el producto final
Commissions will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis
I have the right to reject commissions without giving any explanation
These services may change without prior notice
After placing the order, I will begin with the sketch
When the sketch is finished, it will be sent (with a watermark) to the client for review
Once the necessary corrections have been made, I will proceed to finish the final product
lo que recibe/What you get:
dibujo completo sin marca de agua
la firma no puede ser borrada
el tiempo estimado del boceto es hasta 7 días (días hábiles)
tiempo estimado para el producto final es hasta 30 días (días hábiles)
los tiempo de entrega pueden variar dependiendo de la situación (problemas escolares,familiares o situaciones de fuerza mayor )

Estimated time for sketch is up to 7 days (business days)
Estimated time for final product is up to 30 days (business days)
Delivery times may vary depending on the situation (school, family problems or force majeure situations)
términos de pago/payment terms:
el pago será por medio de paypal o mercado pago, o Ko-fi cualquiera de las 3 opciones que le sea más cómoda al cliente
no se comenzará el producto hasta recibir el pago completo
en caso de pagar con paypal se solicita su correo y nombre de usuario de paypal para solicitar el pago y asi enviar la factura de su comision
Payment will be made through PayPal or Mercado Pago, or Ko-fi, whichever of the 3 options is most convenient for the customer.
The product will not start until full payment is received
If you pay with PayPal, your email and PayPal username are requested to request payment and send your commission invoice.
términos de reembolso/Refund Terms:
solo se hará reembolso en caso de si el boceto fue entregado y en ese momento se decide no continuar con el proceso
de otra forma si queda inconforme con el producto final no habrá reembolso. asegurarse de decirme todos los detalles que necesito al ser entregado el boceto
Refunds will only be made if the sketch was delivered and at that time it is decided not to continue with the process
otherwise, if you are not satisfied with the final product, there will be no refund. Make sure to tell me all the details I need when the sketch is delivered.
términos de uso/terms of use:
los derechos de cada producto que produzco son conservados por mi.Me están pagando por producir una imagen, no para transferir sus derechos.
solo tiene derecho a utilizar el producto final como uso personal (osea, sin fines de comerciales/no puede hacer dinero con el)
tendo derecho a utilizar el producto como ejemplo para futuras comisiones si así el cliente lo permite
The rights to each product I produce are retained by me. I am being paid to produce an image, not to transfer the rights.
You only have the right to use the final product for personal use (i.e. non-commercial/you cannot make money from it)
I have the right to use the product as an example for future commissions if the client allows it
